Honestly the only thing this film deserved is an actual eternity in production hell. It never should have seen the light of day.

So sometimes lightning doesn't strike twice. Not everything needs to be a trilogy. But this sequel feels so egregious in its failures that it needs to be questioned just WHO IN THE FUCK thought any of this was a good idea.
